I had no hopes watching this. It was a total surprise!! A really good surprise. I can see that people say it is like a movie by Tati, there are many similarities. Also I have to say some similarities with Bunuel. It was a movie I could not stop watching. It was pleasant, still surreal, it was beautiful. The music was fantastic!
The acting was really good, from everyone. The main character reminded me a bit of Buster Keaton, but a modern one. I think everyone who liked Tati, Bunuel and are open minded to not having much dialog will love this. The pictures and music talked for themselves. Totally blew me away. There was a story in there too, but it was never forced on you, it was a subtle way of telling a story. Never forced. The feeling of this movie was gentle, made me feel good.
I definitely recommend this movie!! At least, give it a try, some people might not like it, but for me it is one of the best movies I have seen.
