The first 5 minutes will give you a taste of things to come.. Barrel-scraping performances and dollar-store nudity which comes off repulsive instead of tantalizing. When the end credits roll, it shows that all the main actors are also exec producers, so they did this as some sort of pet project, for reasons unknown (boredom)? That's great, but the concern is that it is just not good in any way. It's got a jumbled up script that is amateurish, and possibly just plain out of order. For example, the police station battle: Absolutely pointless, came from nowhere for no reason, served no purpose. It honestly felt like they forgot to cut it from the script.
The cheapness of it all is a distraction.. like the covid-19 masks to conceal re-usable henchmen. Ultra cheap vehicle dubbing, muffled voices, laughable fully clothed sexual assault and chincy reflective drone shots. On top of all that, jittery/shaky camera shots that serve no purpose other than to nauseate the viewer.. Usually this is limited to poor choreography (the usual scapegoat for this weak and inept form of filming) but also used here on people standing still, or still frame shots. Really distracting and bad. I did make it through, to see the "twist scene" which is good for an implausible chuckle. Nice try but too corny and not edgy enough or acted well enough to compensate for all the cheap filming shenanigans and D-grade screen writing.
