This is a very well-done show -- one of the better ones on Netflix.
It's a shame the trial (last episode) wasn't televised, but that's not the doc series' fault.
Scott Peterson is a psychopath, no question about it. Someone who kills their wife and unborn child and shows no remorse, contrition, nothing, is a psychopath. He's also an "actor," who can apparently cry when trying to explain himself when speaking with his girlfriend -- but he's not a good one. And of course, he's not as smart as he thinks he is. Glad he's in prison, but too bad the death penalty was overruled in his case.
Besides how sad it was for Laci and Connor to be murdered, it's also sad that Scott Peterson's side of the family still maintains he's innocent to this day. Talk about denial and delusion!!
His sister-in-law, Janey Peterson, actually went to law school and became a lawyer, all to fight his conviction. Not that Scott's family members would read these reviews, but if they do: Hey, Peterson family, you gotta wake up and stop living in delusion. Why can't you believe someone you've known his entire life is capable of heinous murders? You are the classic "family in denial" when something like this goes down with a family member.
"Oh, he's too good, too nice, to have ever done something like that!" No. No he's not. Every single day, someone commits murder that others think or will say, "I can't believe it." Well, believe it, Peterson family, stop living in denial.
And Mark Geragos was Scott Peterson's attorney. An attorney with a "famous" reputation, but the man is a piece of dung. Serves Scott Peterson right for hiring that man, too.
