Just saw it out of curiosity and must say it was a waste of time and (a little) money. It is one more mediocre, low budget action flick without redeeming features. As a matter of fact, with exhausting, lethargy inducing features. Substandard, run of the mill, unremarkable fights and car chases, a poor to non existing script and even poorer acting. Hard to believe though it may be, JCVD's just passable performance marks the top of the scale. The actress of the puffed cheeks playing his daughter comfortably resides at the lowest end. The baddies emote their badness reasonably well, but there is nothing in the fight scenes that we haven't already seen a hundred times. It is not easy to salvage much in this wreck of a movie. One wonders why this movie was shot at all. Don't crew and actors have anything better to do? Are they so sorely in need of money (not that this film will make much I'm, afraid)? If you are a JCVD fan go ahead, watch it and give it 10 stars, otherwise learn from the mistake I made by watching it. To put it mildly, it is a very mediocre film.
