If you are teaching your children about Quran , then tell me where it says "You can do anything with the girls that has a different culture of dress code" .
You are just giving a excuse .
Our religion said everyone can live by their own will , how they want to live it's up to them .
No one can judge anyone accept God and when the times comes to judge He will surely judge on the day of Afterlife .
Those who have good connections with God will Probably deserves Heaven and who don't then you will know where will you go .
But if you already had done a sin not a mistake like killing and raping then you are surely to die .
Rapist has no religion , Don't cover their mistakes by making excuses of a religion.
