Padwork with Ajahn Gae | Namsaknoi Muay Thai

My former campmate from Kiatsingnoi Gym - Ajarn Gae Sor. KeawSuek dropped in to visit me at my gym and helped to pad Paul and Kaito in preparation for their fights later this week. Gae and I are just 1 year apart. We used to train and fight alongside each other, until he met with a bad accident in a fight that broke his leg and ended his fight career. Gae has a very dynamic padwork style that mimics the intensity of a real fight, challenging each fighter to his limits. As intimidating as he may look in the ring, Gae is a dedicated instructor who cares about the improvement of the fighters. Today Gae is the head instructor of a gym in Bangkok.
