Most Brilliant and Controversial Legal "Leg Grab" Tomoe-Nage from Zagreb Grand Prix 2022

A yoko-tomoe-nage variation where you legally grab the leg by trapping it between your upper arm and side is really hard to stop. This video shows how it has been used at the Zagreb Judo Grand Prix. What do you think about the rules in this area?
