Episode 403: ECW One Night Stand 2006 After the success of the Rise & Fall Of ECW DVD, WWE decided to do the 1st One Night Stand in 2005; and that show was a huge success. So because of the success of the 1st One Night Stand, WWE decided not only to do a 2nd One Night Stand, but also relaunch ECW as a 3rd brand(similar to Raw & Smackdown). One Night Stand 2006 would serve as the official launch to WWECW; headlined by John Cena defending his WWE Championship against Mr. Money In The Bank Rob Van Dam, in Rob's cash-in of the briefcase. Also on this show Kurt Angle faced Randy Orton, Tommy Dreamer & Terry Funk defended the ECW name against Mick Foley & Edge(with Beulah & Lita involved), Rey Mysterio defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Sabu, & a whole lot more.
