The minimum build limit makes the Voidlands impossible to reach, but by removing it Minecraft will generate the Voidlands just as it generates any other terrain. Cubic chunks was used to remove minimum build limit and an offset was used past 2 billion blocks because MC won’t let you go there at all. oh... and I maybe took some "creative freedom" going forward about halfway through the video.
