What I like that this story is that it begins with an Idea. Almost satirical of society today, if not what exactly is it. Great one from the director, script writer, novel, production house etc. It just raises the question if how far are we willing to go for our happiness. I'll just go right ahead and say it, I've seen men go for younger ladies. Is the motivation the same if a woman decides to go for someone younger. Is it out of societal precinct? Are the motivations the same? Otherwise why did it always look like she was asking permission. Why did it looking like sth that she needed to accept? I really leaned into the the lead character's view point, a struggled with it honestly. I kept asking myself what I would do, but the difference was probably a genuine attraction. I'll keep the my remaining thought line to myself thank you
