STARDUST and BOMBARDMENT Handled It Again! Slay the Spire 2 - Regent Ascension 7!
Hello and welcome to my Slay the Spire 2 Regent Ascension 7 run! This one was very fun and surprisingly simple to put together. I had quite a few frustrating runs end before I could get this one down. Every single run ended at either the Act 2 Boss, or in Act 3. It was hard to get the right cards at the right time. To be honest, timing is really everything with this character in the later Ascensions. There's times where I have pretty much the same identical cards in my deck as I had here... but depending on when I got those cards the run failed. This run started off positively right off the bat. I was able to navigate through it pretty easily, even though I avoided a couple close calls. There was one run where I literally got GLAM ON ROYAL GAMBLE... then I got Decisions Decisions but no Stardust showed up! The run failed and I was extremely salty cause I wanted to unleash the power of that deck! I can't even imagine what Sealed Throne would have done in a scenario where I had Stardust there. I'm happy with this run because I did it with bare minimum for what I would need to beat it. I was able to deal 280 on the final blow to make this happen, but it felt shaky toward the end. I don't think this would have beaten A10 as I had no potions and low health by the end of it. Aeonglass would have chewed through my HP like I was a tin can. BUT... if I could trade the deck I had in this run for the Glam and Royal Gamble run, I think that deck would have easily slaughtered any boss you threw at it. I'm happy this run is over and we're 60% through Ascension 7! Necrobinder is next and I'm looking forward to Sleight of Flesh! Thanks so much for tuning in and I hope you enjoy! twitch.tv/ac1drain3
