Wait, I'm sorry, but this was made by Disney Channel? Besides Gravity Falls, I can't believe that they would make something this enjoyable, entertaining, and not total garbage. Seriously, this show is great, for the following reasons:
1. It has a quality mixture of the characters and animation of Gravity Falls, the feel and villains of Steven Universe, and the fun random nonsense of the Amazing World of Gumball. Heck, I even noticed a hint of Calvin and Hobbes in one episode!
2. Star, Marco, and Ludo are all fun, likable, and down-to-earth (ha, irony) characters.
3. The music is amazing. It has the best opening theme out of any show you will ever watch.
4. Despite itself being technically a trope (a Disney title with a princess?!), this show loves laughing at tropes of the magical girl and princess genres.
5. The humor is flat out awesome. I was laughing so much in one episode that I actually lost my breath.
The only problem with this show is that there's only 32 episodes (give me more Disney!). I cannot recommend this show enough, so what are you doing still reading this review? Go turn off your computer or phone and watch this show right now. Do it! In conclusion, Star Vs. the Forces of Evil is a great show that should definitely be given a look at.
