Pro fighters Pongsiri Mitsatit and John Shink working on strengthening their bodies to withstand the rigors of combat sports in the "MMA Armor" combat conditioning session with coach Tommy, held every Wednesday at 9:30am. Pongsiri faces Yoshitaka Naito at ONE Championship in Manila on November 8th, while John will be returning to fight at MX Muay Xtreme in Bangkok next Sunday.
