Janice takes the athletes through a Max Fit full body workout designed to target the exercises athletes had the most problems with, giving suggestions on how to strengthen specific areas of the body to ensure exercises are carried out with better technique. Athletes will complete 3 training blocks of 3 exercises each focusing on their technique and control.
