Kendo Demo in New Delhi

If you've seen 'The last Samurai' you've seen them practicing with the wooden swords called 'Bokken'. In Kendo, the bamboo swords are called 'Shinai'... but the movement principles are quite similar. Here's a demonstration done at the Japan Foundation in Delhi a few years ago. #JiujitsuOrigins
