Jiu Jitsu For Kids (tips for girls) I n this video Sasha give tips to young girls about dealing with training and competing against boys at BJJ Tournaments or in a kids Jiu Jitsu class. Sasha gives some insight on a what a young girl might be feeling and what she does to get comfortable when doing Jiu JItsu with boys.
