To be honest, I don't understand how do people enjoy this type of content. I love the magical girl genre, but THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT MADE ME SICK! There's rarely any characters that I like, and the main protagonist is no exception.
Utena Hiiragi in my opinion is a Karma Houdini, because at the end of the anime, she didn't received any punishment from ANYONE! I tried my HARDEST to like this anime, but it feels like I'm watching a h*ntai, even though this is an ecchi.
When I watched this anime entirely, I had this HUGE GRUDGE against it! Every episode finds a way to be explicit and disgusting, I know there's some scenes that aren't actually bad, but I HARDLY ever seen myself liking this anime in the slightest!
There's so many things that I dislike about this anime that I'm not sure how to put all my complaints all in one review. The reason why this isn't a 1 out of 10 stars is that I kind of like the animation. I apologize if this may offend people, but THIS ANIME IS STRAIGHT UP DISGUSTING! THE FACT THAT THE MAIN CHARACTERS ARE UNDERAGED MAKES THIS EVEN WORSE!
