Guardian Tales - Rue SHMUP Stage - Adding Controller Support

I am terrible with touch controls, and prefer to use a controller. 99% of the game has full controller support, but this stage is one of a few that does not. I use the Android app Mantis Gamepad Pro to map controller input to touch.
