A professional from 1998 until 2010, he fought in the UFC, Jungle Fight, RINGS, and the IFL. Fernando Paradeda is a jiu jitsu black belt under both Walter Mattos & Ze Mario Sperry being one of the founding members of Sul Jiu Jitsu, Icon Jiu Jitsu (a world wide BJJ association) and Drill BJJ.
