A look at a recent “5X5 Energy System Training” session, which takes place in the Thursday edition of our 12:30pm Combat Strength & Conditioning class led by TMT head fitness coach Jay Patto. Our Combat Strength & Conditioning classes take place every Monday-Friday at 9:30am, and use a variety of training methods throughout the week, with the aim to prepare the participants for the physical demands of combat sports. 5X5 is a signature Tiger conditioning workout. 5 exercises, 5 rounds. It’s designed to test and increase your physical strength, endurance, stamina, speed, power, body awareness, and more!
