GROUND BEEF & POTATO CASSEROLE T= tablespoon t=teaspoon NOTE: The casserole dish is 13inches by 9 inches by 2 inches. Potatoes: 2 Qts. of water 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes 2 T tomato bouillon w/ chicken flavor 1 T salt Beef: 1 to 1/4 lbs. of lean ground beef 1 medium onion 4 garlic cloves 1 T garlic powder 1 T onion powder 1/2 T Montreal steak seasoning 1 t garlic salt: LAWRY’S GARLIC SALT: https://amzn.to/3Nbuyws 1/2 t ground black pepper 2 T Worcestershire sauce 4 T salted butter (you may use less or omit it for a leaner dish) 3 T all-purpose flour 3 cups of salted beef broth White sauce: 5 T salted butter 3 T all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1/2 t salt Other ingredients: 8 oz. sharp Cheddar Jack cheese 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 t garlic powder, 1 t onion powder and ground black peeper and ground cayenne pepper to sprinkle on the potatoes Enough salted butter at room temperature to brush the casserole dish with.
