Sear for about 2 minutes without moving them, allowing a golden-brown crust to form. • Flip the steak bites and sear the other side for an additional 2 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C). • Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a plate and set aside. 3. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. • Once the butter has melted, add the minced fresh garlic and rosemary sprigs. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until the garlic becomes fragrant and slightly golden. 4.
