Why Friendly PVE Lobbies Are Disappearing in ARC Raiders

Arc raiders has a ABMM (aggression based matchmaking) to match its players together for its lobbies. Well, when the playerbase shrinks the matchmaking can no longer do it's just as effectively leading to mixed lobbies ( putting pvp and pve players together). If embark could provide meaningful updates players could return, and the game could go back to the way it used to be with more friendly lobbies.
