Easy Japanese Shoyu Ramen For Under $1
This is my easiest and cheapest Japanese-style shoyu ramen when Iβm craving something cozy, savory, and wildly budget-friendly. It costs less than $1 for 2 servings, takes around 10 minutes, and tastes like something straight out of a ramen shop in Tokyo. The rich shoyu broth, buttery finish, and jammy egg rolled in sweet soy sauce bring it all together. If youβre into umami-packed comfort food, this oneβs a must-try. π INGREDIENTS (2 servings) SOUP: β 2 packs of instant noodles β 600ml water (2Β½ cups) β 2 eggs β 2 green onions, sliced (whites and greens separated) β Small knob of ginger, grated β 1 chicken/vegetable stock cube β 1 tbsp butter (unsalted or salted) β Optional: nori sheets, sesame seeds AJITAMA: β 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce β 1 tsp apple cider vinegar β 2 tsp sugar
