Did Andrew Berry make a mistake by only negotiating w/ the Rams on a possible Myles Garrett trade?

Browns general manager Andrew Berry isn’t rebuilding. He’s simply trading a 30-year-old Defensive Player of the Year for a 25-year-old Pro Bowler, plus some draft picks. He’s pivoting toward a younger, cheaper and, at least at one position, worse roster (sorry, new Browns edge rusher Jared Verse).
