Blind Winter - Rusher Armor Build

Here is my third rusher build I have put together, but this one does not require an exotic piece. Using the season 3 Liquid Engineer Belstone Army Backpack, this can do massive amounts of damage while maintaining armor on kill and bonus armor on kill. It does work on Heroic solo, but I'm testing it out here on a Belfry League run at the Emergency Federal Bunker on Hard. This build makes it easy to spam spawns on all your league speed runs! #thedivison2 #ps5
