All Dota 2 Hero Model Reworks — Then vs Now 2013-2026

Exploring all updated and reworked Dota 2 hero models, comparing how they looked in 2013 versus 2026, 13 years later. Some heroes received complete reworks such as Storm Spirit, Slardar or Skeleton King, while others only received simple skin recolors like Omniknight. Obviously almost all of these changes were made way before 2026. I'm simply providing a fair comparison, recorded with best possible settings, without making any changes to the images in post editing.
