One Ummah Games 2025 Strongman Contest #strongman #strongestman #charity This is a different video than usual, I was apart of the One Ummah Games organising the strongest man contest. It was a typical powerlifting contest with 3 lifts, Squat, bench and deadlifts. Let me start by saying this was for charity and fun, it was not too strict as it’s not my area of expertise however I enjoyed the contest. It brought some powerful boys out and they put on a great show.
