Muay Thai Style vs MMA Striker Stand up Sparring

Muay Thai stylist vs MMA striker in stand up sparring. The video was filmed during a sparring session at 1st Legion Gym, UK. I was playing around with using the Muay Thai long guard to defend punches and seeing how it fared against a tricky striking style. There were some drawbacks to the style, e.g by being a bit more square i was a lot more open to the spinning kicks, but it was good to experiment.
