Iron Forged BJJ Tournament Blacksheer GA July 27 2024 This video is a good example of what can happen in the lockdown. Be very careful when using the lockdown on partners in the gym. This position can seriously injure the knee of your partner especially if he is older. Use this move with control and if you are caught in it the safety of your knee should be your primary concern. I'm going to put this in the injury playlist because of the scream of pain but it doesn't appear the guy is seriously hurt. However, this can cause permanent injury. Hey Guys I’ve got these videos from the Iron Forged Tournament. I don’t know anything about this tournament, and I haven’t watched many of the videos as I am getting so many now that it’s impossible for me to watch them all. Maybe you could help me out?
