In the first event of the 2016 U.S.–China Forum, His Excellency He Yafei, the Former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, shares remarks on U.S.–China relations. The US-China Forum is sponsored by the China-United States Exchange Foundation in collaboration with the University of Chicago.
