The Owen Pitts story is one of love and living out your dreams

To put it simply, Owen Pitts loved basketball. After being faced with a terminal diagnosis, he and his family faced it with grace, buoyed by a community that rallied to show its love. With a dream of playing basketball, the varsity team at Medical Lakes High School helped him fulfill it on a special evening in December. Early Tuesday morning, Owen passed away peacefully in his sleep, leaving behind a legacy of love and living out your dreams.
