Boxing Basics at The Yard Gym Los Angeles

Footage from a training session working with Boxing trainer Lee Garcia at the Yard Muay Thai Gym in L.A. 2014. Me and my friend Mark Timms spent a lot of time during our 3 month stay there working on boxing fundamentals. It was great but also frustrating at times not being able to grasp the basics even thought we'd both been training and fighting for a long time! The Yard has such a great vibe though and it was a pleasure to meet and hang out with Manny, Yoshi, Lee, Mark Komuro, Joe Schilling and all the members of the gym. We were really made to feel at home.
