Ivelisse vs Layne Rosario

After taking a "W" in their first meeting, Ivelisse is none too happy to be facing Layne for a second time, but Layne insists she’s improved since the last time the two-faced off, and she offers a handshake to start the match. Ivelisse responds with a kick to the gut and a quick Full Nelson on Layne, and plants Layne to the mat with a Stunner as an escape of a Hammerlock. Ivelisse never lets up, delivering knees to Layne’s midsection, high kicks to the chest, and boots to the back of the head. When she’s not delivering high-impact strikes, Ivelisse is trapping Layne in combination bodyscissors/Sleeperholds, Front Facelock/bodyscissors, and Camel Clutches. Layne is unable to mount even the slightest trace of a comeback. The best she can do is a sneaky rollup that nets her a 2 count, but Ivelisse quickly recovers from the near fall and continues to attack Layne on both feet and on the mat, using a nifty cloverleaf rollover to make Layne tap out to end the match. Layne may have improved since last time, but she’s still got a ways to go before she can compete with the likes of Ivelisse.
