A motorcyclist has died following a collision involving a vehicle in Vaughan. The crash happened near Dufferin Street and Caraway Drive, just south of Highway 407. Mayor Chow spoke at the meeting on expanding youth programs which will give them a sense of belonging. Mike Walker reports.
