Nadezhda Zaitseva -- European Sambo Champion Zaitseva Nadezdha is 29 years old and have been training Sambo since she was 9. She started with Ice skating in Siberia but when the rink shut down she switched to Sambo. A switch that has taken her all the way to becoming European champion in the 56 kg class.
