Muay Thai Clinching in Thailand - Raw Footage

This video showcases a typical clinching session that you can expect when you train in Thailand. In the video I am clinching with the current South Thailand Champion at 63-65kg Moo who is a trainer/fighter at Sinbi Muay Thai gym. As you can see all of the techniques are thrown with control and both of us are working different positions and going for throws and sweeps. Clinching is about working on your game and not worrying about who is "winning" the clinch session. If you clinch with better guys you should expect to get tossed around like a rag doll at times.
